Lost line below menu - Why? What to do?

Hi,

I must have done something wrong, as I lost the line below the menu. If I have a photo, I´m fine (obviously), but when there is none, I lost it.

What can I do do get it back? If needed I can send you my user and password.

Can someone help? I have no idea what happened and what to do.

The line below the menu, disappeared. Again, if needed I can give access to the WP admin page.
