    Sorry but I really have no idea what’s happened here. The menu just doesn’t show on my computer. I have tried refreshing the page and it intermittently shows then disappears again. All I can see is the logo, but nothing beneath that.

    It may be something I’ve done – but I can’t see any problems with the menu… I have changed it recently and changed pages from ‘published’ to ‘draft’ – but I can’t find any problems with the pages that link to the menu.

    Also installed css code for the woocommerce product finder formatting – see recent thread..

    I’m really sorry but I understand it might be something Ive done – but after hours of playing around with css and deleting it – nothing makes any difference…

    Hi support crew,

    Update:

    The problem seems to be rectified (temporarily?) by closing the browser and deleting the browsing history – menu has become visible and website seems to work. Could this be related to cookies or the cache?

    I am not confident this problem won’t return – any suggestions??

    This keeps on happening? Could it be a problem with the css changes that have been implemented to format the woocommerce product finder?

    Note that when you search with the woocommerce product finder, the sidebar menu becomes displaced across in front of the main content area and much wider… please see that thread also.

    Hi Seerkat,

    I’m not having any issues with the menu when visiting the site. It could have been a local cache issue where some css you had added broke something but removing it fixed the issue and it didn’t show up as fixed until you cleared your browser cache. Really no way to tell unless it happens again and we can see it live.

    Hi Devin,

    Sorry, Dude managed to resolve the issue in another thread relating to the woocommerce product finder.

    The problem related to menu cart pro, which has now been disabled. I would advise any other user of flashlight NOT to use menu cart pro, but the basic one seems to work.
