    I probably, somewhere/how, broke the CSS for this, doing other things. But it seems when a menu is applied to a widget, footer or sidebar, it’s way high… so much so that the title is gone, out of site. See both the sidebar and footer on this page…

    I checked the html code of the first widget and it the h3 headline looks like:

    <h3 class="widgettitle"><span class="widget_first"></span></h3>

    The headline tag and the span is empty which indicates that you didn’t set a title for the first widget and thus wordpress doesn’t display a title. Please go to Appearance > Widgets and check if the title field is empty.
