On Mainpage Columns 1 - 3, I just want to display the pages, but only with the 280x124 and caption. The way it is now, it is displaying previews of the entire Media Gallery on that page. Is there a way to change this? Again, I really just want the 280x124 with some intro sentence below it. Thanks.

I'm confused, what do you mean by the "entire Media gallery"? Please define what you mean by "caption" referring to the text on the a href="http://www.kriesi.at/demos/display/">Demo so I fully understand what you mean.
Looking at the Demo the 3 columns display the image (280 x 124) the title and the content and a read more link.
If your site looks significantly different to the demo, please include a link.
