Mainpage column 4 bumping down when saved as a widget

Hi, I want to have a widget as my fourth item on my main page: http://test.singularsoftware.com/

As soon as I add it, the widget bumps below the 1st column. This doesn't happen if I select a page, however, the problem with the page is that I get the automatic "read more" button which I don't want.

Can you let me know either:
1. How to prevent mainpage column 4 from bumping down under mainpage column 1 (when saved as a widget), or
2. How to remove the "read more" button if I select a page (without impacting the read more buttons in posts in my blog)?

Hello,

On your style.css look for

.fullwidth .one_fourth, .fullwidth .box_small{width:210px;}

then replace it with this line.
```
.fullwidth .one_fourth, .fullwidth .box_small {
width: 190px;
margin-left: 10px;
}
```
