Hi fivestarsecurity,
First make sure you have no other plugins active besides WooCommerce just to eliminate any conflicts with a plugin.
Have you made any changes to the themes style sheets? If so, backup all those changes locally and then re-upload the theme files in the same way you first installed the theme.
Afterwards, add any new css to the custom.css file in the css folder or to Quick CSS in the Style tab of the theme options.

i had similar issue, but i added a product each to each category and pages fixed themselves!!
