Make Avisio look similar to Display?

Love Avisio! I was torn between it and Display, but liked the newer features offered in Avisio.

One thing I was wondering though, is it possible to get Avisio to look similar to Display in this regard: http://imgur.com/J62m4.jpg ... I like how the dark background extends down from the menu to most of the slideshow.

And for the other pages, I like the division between the menu and page content (versus the Menu/Stripe/Page Content of Avisio).

Can this be done relatively easily? If not still love, love, love the theme :)

To a certain degree, Avisio already does this. If you compare the homepage (link) to a sub page (link) the homepage blue area is much larger than the sub pages.

If you want to change the background, you'd need to edit the stylesheet which you can find in the CSS folder.
