making a premium download system

I have used abundance theme for selling digital product.but i want to create download system in this theme.Here is the feather:

1.user view the product bundle just like video tutorial series
2.user fill up a registration form and next page show a payment method like paypal,bank etc.
3.after completed the payment method, the next page show a download option where user click the download and start download.
4.in the download option show something like how many download,ratting etc

The system all about like themeforest.com. hope you understand my problem.let me your idea

Tbh I think this can't be done without some custom work. I couldn't find an extension here: http://www.woothemes.com/extensions/woocommerce-extensions/ which covers all your requirements. You can try to combine plugins like: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/groups/ , Groups WooCommerce and http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/download-monitor/ but it's just a hint and not an "out of the box" solution.
