Map issue

Hello

I have some problem with adding map to my page.
For example, if I add only the map to page, all are ok http://savepic.net/4911756.htm
http://savepic.net/4885132.htm

After I did add some other element (ruler, for example) http://savepic.net/4866700.htm And what I have after it http://savepic.net/4861580.htm

Bu the way, if I add only below map – it looks well. If I add something abowe the map – have again this issue.

I deactived all plugins and try again. Same.

I need to have full-width map on my page, so, please, help me.
