    Dear Kriesi,

I’m using Masonry Gallery to show pictures on the page indicated in “private content”. Problem is:

When pictures load for the first time – when scrolling down – they don’t show properly but rather overlay on each other. Similar to described in other topics such as this one: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/images-in-masonry-gallery-overlay-dont-show-up-correctly/

I tried solutions from the forum, but they didn’t work. The pictures are still loading on top of each other and only show up normally after I scroll the page up and down again. Here a print screen of how it looks when one looks at the page the first time: http://prntscr.com/bd18mi

Picture size is very small and also the amount of pictures seems not too much. Do you know any solution for this?

    Thanks,
    Raphael

    Hey eKMUch,

can’t see any issue on the link you’ve provided and it looks like this for me:

    View post on imgur.com

Please clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Also check on another computer.

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Hi Andy

I tried it with different browser, cleared browswer cache and also tried it with different computers it always displays it in the same strange way at first. Once I leave the page or scroll up and down then it looks fine as in your print screen. In the forum I also saw that there are other people with the same problem. Do you see the issue and have any idea on how to resolve it?

Also now there it suddenly displays this weird button on the top left of this page http://prntscr.com/bdf1gh http://prntscr.com/bdf2mm I have not installed this – do you know how this could get on the page? Does it have anything to do with the latest Theme update? Why is it there and why only on this page?

    Thanks,
    Raphael

    Hi,

At the moment the site is not loading as there seem to be an issue in the child theme header.php file. Please access the themes folder via FTP and undo the changes in child themes header.php file and let us know once the site is back up so we can further investigate this issue.

    Best regards,

    Hi Vinay,

Problem is that I’ve updated the enfold theme and since then the child isnt working properly anymore. I have to remove line 12 in header.php (see code in private content). I have now removed it again, so you can work on it.

I will try to manually replace the parent theme as recommended it https://kriesi.at/support/topic/website-down-after-enfold-theme-update/ and hope the child will then work again.

    Best,
    R

    Hi,

The gallery looks fine to me. However once you manually replace the enfold folder with a fresh copy downloaded from themeforest it should resolve this issue. If you still get any errors please replace the child theme header.php with the main theme header.php and make your edits.

Let us know if yous till have any issues.

    Best regards,
    Vinay

    Hi,

You’re right, the update actually resolved the issue :) Great thanks,
