If you have troubles since the update to WordPress 4.5 please read this post before opening a new thread.
I just installed Flashlight theme and I’m unable to find any of the Masonry options anywhere. There is no Masonry theme, no Masonry buttons or options, nothing…
I’ve checked the help section and the forums and I’m sorry to report that nothing there helps. I have no “Content elements” button at the New Page where Masonry options are supposedly located.
I only have the classic “Add media” button and “Insert theme shortcode” button on the classic buttons panel. Neither of this has Masonry gallery options.
Please advise. Thank you!
First you’ll need to have some portfolio items to populate a masonry layout. Like the example in the demo which is a single portfolio item: http://www.kriesi.at/themes/flashlight/portfolio-item/masonry-portfolio-example-flexible/
I’ve created one just now so you can see an example on your own site.
The options for each gallery are under the visual editor. The Gallery Layout box has a dropdown to choose how the individual group of images shows up on the front end.
