Media Uploader not working with Wordpress 3.4

I just completed an installation of Wordpress 3.4 and now I can't upload images using the featured media box of via the media library. I click and the box won't open. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hey!

Just checked it with my own installation and it appears to work fine. Are you using the latest version of Shoutbox? (Version 1.1.6)
If not please update by re downloading the theme from themeforest and either replace the whole theme folder or if you have made modifications to the template files only update the files mentioned in the version.tx file :)

If it still doesnt work would you mind telling us more about your setup? Which browser are you using? Any javascript errors thrown? are there any plugins running that might interfere?
