Lovely theme, so looking forward to customize it.
Is the preferred language to ask for support English?
Anyhow, after I imported the dummy content and assigned the menu to the location, the Mega Menu submenu is a normal Dropdown menu. Do I have to set it up somewhere specifically?

We respond to requests in English, German, French and Dutch, however we prefer to use English as there's a larger group of people who understand said language.
In your Dashboard > Appearance > Menus you can select your menu settings where it says "Your theme supports 2 menus. Select which menu appears in each location." on the top left.

But I don't know how to put the first row (title and images) and the second row (title and submenu or free text).
