Lovely theme, so looking forward to customize it.
Is the preferred language to ask for support English?
Anyhow, after I imported the dummy content and assigned the menu to the location, the Mega Menu submenu is a normal Dropdown menu. Do I have to set it up somewhere specifically?
All the best!July 21, 2011 at 12:22 am #48809
We respond to requests in English, German, French and Dutch, however we prefer to use English as there’s a larger group of people who understand said language.
In your Dashboard > Appearance > Menus you can select your menu settings where it says “Your theme supports 2 menus. Select which menu appears in each location.” on the top left.July 22, 2011 at 3:12 pm #48810
I’m trying to do de Mega Menu like here: http://www.kriesi.at/themedemo/?theme=shoutbox
But I don’t know how to put the first row (title and images) and the second row (title and submenu or free text).
Thank you!July 25, 2011 at 1:30 pm #48811
Hi Chris, thanks for the respond, I already did that before posting. What I really want to know is how to get the Mega Menu.
Anyhow, after I imported the dummy content and assigned the menu to the location, the Mega Menu submenu is a normal Dropdown menu.
Here’s a screenshot:
That’s how it looks in the frontend:

click on the menu item called “Mega Menu”. The menu item options will open and one option (under the description field) is a checkbox option called “Use as Mega Menu “. Click on it and you’ll get the mega menu :)July 26, 2011 at 10:56 am #48813July 27, 2011 at 7:28 am #48814
I haven’t tried it myself yet but I assume that you need to insert the image code/html tag as sub menu item under the category headline. As far as I know Shoutbox supports html code in the menu item description.July 27, 2011 at 1:19 pm #48815July 27, 2011 at 11:13 pm #48816July 28, 2011 at 2:33 pm #48817
