    Hi,

    I’m looking for a menu styling similar as shown on: https://volunteerthehague.nl/. I thought the Enfold mega menu option was the way to do but at a closer look I guess it’s a normal dropdown but with a mega menu background effect. Any tips on how to achieve this?

    Hi steviger!

    That would take a lot of editing to the menu script. It would be best to try and find a menu plugin that looks like that or hire a freelancer to help you out with this customization.

    I’m not sure if it would help but the Ubermenu, http://wpmegamenu.com/, is a popular mega menu plugin.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the tip. A had contact with Greg from SevenSpark and he replied:

    “It would probably be a fairly simple JS customization if you wanted to attempt it (though keep in mind the complexities introduced with window resizing and mobile menus). But it’s not something that I’m planning on adding to the plugin. If it’s not something that can be accomplished “naturally” with CSS, I don’t like to incorporate it into the core product, as that is the fastest way to major javascript bloat which can slow everything down. ”

    So no luck there I guess…
