Menu at bottom of content with transparent header?

Hello, I’d be very happy if you could help:
Is it possible to place the main menu in a Transparent Header at the bottom of the fullwidth slideshow or fullwidth image?

Basically I’d like a header
– that still has the function of a LayerSlider
– with the main menu and logosection at the bottom of this slider
– and the menu items, if clicked, scroll down to the page sections (onePager)
