    Is there a way to put buttons instead navigation texts in the menu navigation

    Yes that’s possible but be aware that you can’t use the new menu feature AND you must hardcode your menu, so you need to modify header.php every time you make changes to your main menu.

    The best way is to replace following code in header.php:

    <?php
    // Menu Controlled by the Backend
    wp_nav_menu( array( 'menu' => 'First', 'menu_class' => 'nav', 'echo' => true,
    'fallback_cb' => 'displayfallbackSlider', 'before' => '', 'after' => '', 'link_before' => '', 'link_after' => '',
    'depth' => 0, 'context' => 'frontend', 'walker' => new description_walker() ));

    function displayfallbackSlider(){
    global $k_option;
    if(is_object($k_option['custom']['kriesi_menu'])) $k_option['custom']['kriesi_menu']->display('Menu Manager','show_main_description');
    }

    ?>

    with this something like:

    <div class="menu-main-container"><ul id="menu-main" class="nav"><li id="menu-item-178" class="menu-item menu-item-type-taxonomy"><a href="http://yoursite.com/?cat=3"><img src="your-image.png" alt="" title="" style="border:none;background:none;" /><span> </span></a></li>
    <li id="menu-item-179" class="menu-item menu-item-type-taxonomy"><a href="http://yoursite.com/?cat=1"><img src="your-image.png" alt="" title="" style="border:none;background:none;" /><span> </span></a></li>

    <li id="menu-item-181" class="menu-item menu-item-type-post_type"><a href="http://yoursite.com/?page_id=155"><img src="your-image.png" alt="" title="" style="border:none;background:none;" /><span> </span></a></li>
    <li id="menu-item-192" class="menu-item menu-item-type-post_type"><a href="http://yoursite.com/?page_id=48"><img src="your-image.png" alt="" title="" style="border:none;background:none;" /><span> </span></a>
    <ul class="sub-menu">
    <li id="menu-item-180" class="menu-item menu-item-type-post_type"><a href="http://yoursite.com/?page_id=2"><strong>HTML Styles</strong></a></li>
    </ul>
    </li>
    <li id="menu-item-193" class="menu-item menu-item-type-post_type"><a href="http://yoursite.com/?page_id=46"><img src="your-image.png" alt="" title="" style="border:none;background:none;" /><span> </span></a>
    <ul class="sub-menu">
    <li id="menu-item-190" class="menu-item menu-item-type-post_type"><a href="http://yoursite.com/?page_id=52"><strong>HTML Styles</strong></a></li>

    <li id="menu-item-191" class="menu-item menu-item-type-post_type"><a href="http://yoursite.com/?page_id=50"><strong>Advanced Shortcodes</strong></a></li>
    </ul>
    </li>
    </ul></div>

    You need to fill in the link target and the paths to your images.
