Hola, he creado una nueva pestaña en el menu principal basado en la etiquetas de woocommerce.
En un principio funcionaba bien pero al traducir la pagina con WPML solamente fincionan las traducciones y no el idioma principal.Hey andoni34,

I’ve done a menu using pages and tags (for the product page). At first, before translating, it worked fine (WPML), but after translating only the translated languajes work and de primary language (spanish) doesn`t work any more. Only the tags menu fails.

I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

so finally I could check your website, but can’t see any issues with your menu. Seems to translated well. Can you highlight your intentions please? to make things clear for yu. You could use screenshots (imgur.com, dropbox).

AndyThe problem doesn’t affect the translations, that’s ok, is only the menu (made with product tags) of the primary language (spanish) that doesn’t work.

sorry, but can you explain further please? I can’t see any errors at all on the screenshot you’ve provided. Everything seems to be fine to me and I can’t discover any issues.

As I show you in the screenshot that i’m sending the link to the final producto works well (green circle), no problem with that.
But the link to the Tag is not working, the page can’t be found (red circle).Hi,

It’s weird, cause page in private content is working fine, but as you mentioned when clicking product tag in your menu the second page is loading instead of the first one, which doesn’t work.
Please update your WordPress version, as well as all your plugins. If this does not help then deactivate all plugins but the ones from WooThemes (WooCommerce) and OnTheGoSystems (WPML), to check which one is causing this issue.
If this doesn’t help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

AndyI’m working on a child theme of ENFOLD. I’ve made a lot of changes.
If I delete via FTP the ENFOLD parent theme and reinstall it, will my child theme run OK.Hi,
your child theme should not get effected by it. However, please try with a clean Enfold installation (so without child theme at first).

AndyI reinstalled Enfold and it still didn’t work… but found the problem at last.
There where three fields in the Woocommerce plugin configuration wich had to be filled and they werent… did so and everything worked perfect.
