    Hi there.

    I bought the Enfold theme this weekend, and I’m loving it so far.

    I did encounter an issue: the menu settings in WordPress (Appearance > Menus) is corrupted.
    It’s the same issue as mentioned in this topic: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/menu-creation-disappear-when-activating-enfold/ (#250029).

    Can you please assist me this?

    Any ideas on how I can resolve this?

    EDIT: I see this strange screen in both Chrome and IE.

    Hi!

    Please try to switch to the default themes. Delete the menus then switch again to Enfold. Re-create the menu from scratch. Might have to do with a broken or corrupted menu item as described on the previous post:

    I did reproduce the menu issue on my end, it was happening due to menu corruption. I fixed it, you should be able to access now:

    I’ll ask Josue to check it.
