    I noticed today that our Contact menu item from the Header on our development website has jumped to the level below. This seems to be the case for desktop display and tablet/mobile.
    Nothing has been changed in the settings for the page width or anything…any ideas of a cause and fix?

    Hey craigriches!

    Have you installed a different plugin or something?
    Can you also show us a screenshot please, because I loaded the site and for me it is looking fine?

    Thanks a lot

    Best regards,
    Basilis

    Hey Basilis

    No new plugins or anything, please see my link to a screenshot to show the Contact Icon/Item that has been shunted onto the line below.
    I have noticed if you shrink the width of the web browser it will reach a stage where the Contact icon pops back to the Menu header. If you keep going it will disappear again and then if you keep going it will reappear.

    You can also check out what works and what doesnt by going into the Develop menu of Safari for instance and then choosing Responsive Design Mode from the drop down menu. This is more extensive than Google Chrome. You can also see that iPad 2 will display ok with the Contact icon, but if you choose iPad Pro, or 1958 x 1410, 1410 x 1958, 2560 x 1959 or 1959 x 2560 the Contact icon shifts place.

    Hi,

    I don’t see the menu item in question anymore. We need to be able to inspect it. Can you provide us admin access and a precise link where we can see it please? post it here as private reply.

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Andy try scrolling down the page. the item is white and its very likely you are viewing it on a white background at the top of the page. As soon as you view it over an image or something you can see it there.
    If you cannot see it upon scrolling, then I will give you admin access

    Hi,

    try this code inside Quick CSS field:

    #menu-item-1375 {
    margin-right: -117px;
    }

    Best regards,
    Andy
