Can you try updating the theme to the most recent version? There have been a number of fixes since 1.0 release which should help.
You can download the theme from your downloads on themeforest and install it in the same way you did previously. If you made any changes to the core theme files, make sure to back those up and re-add them later (custom.css or others).
