On my website http://kakekorner.com, no menu is showing on the phone version. I had posted this previously and was advised to deactivated plugins. That seemed to work but now it is back to no menu. All plugins are disabled.

There are bunch of errors in console. Can you please try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Also, please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.Regards,
