Menu on the right keeps disappearing

Hi, I am using the "Flashlight" theme. Every time I go to view my site and start clicking around a few times, once certain pages load, the menu bar on the right disappears and my background pictures are no longer displayed. Please help! This is my site http://www.memory-laneinc.com go to it and click on the links on the menu a few times and you'll see what I mean.

Hi TiahLTL,

Unfortunately I can't see the site with the under-construction page blocking unregistered viewing. Can you try and identify exactly what pages this occurs on the exact steps I could take to try and re-create the issue.
