Hi there,
I have two questions about the menu bar:
1) is it possible to show the menubar with the same width as the slider(980px), even with not copletely filled with menu options?
2) I know how to change the colours of hover etcetera, but how do I change the steady color, like the home (333 color) it this point -> http://www.backpackguru.com/

1) In your light-skin.css add:
width:976px !important
to #top .nav, #top .avia_mega {
You can also edit the background color there if you'd like.
2) You can change the value of the color in your light-skin.css on this line:
#top .avia_mega > .current-menu-item > a, #top .avia_mega > li:hover > a
