Mobile not so responsive

This is weird. I have bought probably 10 Enfold themes and use it all the time but the latest website I’m working on does not seem to be adjusting correctly as it should on mobile. If you go to the homepage you can see how changing the window size does weird things. Everything on the page is supposed to be set to
width 100% with a max width of 1080px (box) but the sliders underneath are not obeying that rule. Note how the right side doesn’t always align as you change the window size. Typically I don’t see that kind of problem with Enfold. See link in private section. Would love your insight. thx

Adding more. Something is really goofy with this install. When I’m stretching the window or shrinking it, it does not react the same everytime. Sometimes the menu goes wide and stays there. Other times the slider goes wide or short. It’s like elements are getting stuck and not adjusting to the actual size of the window. Help appreciated.
