When Flagship is described as responsive, what is it really supposed to look like on a phone? When I looked at this site several months ago I had a different Android. At that time the site looked like it had a mobile version, except there was no menu, and the only way to see navigation was to scroll to the footer. Fail.
Now I have a different Android. On this one it displays as if it were on a desktop, needing to be pinched down to see more than a corner of the site. Fail2
I also looked at it on an iPhone, this time with it showing up as a postage stamp. Neither of these solutions is what I expected.
Is something malfunctioning, or is Flagship not reliably responsive? My client loves her site, but she also wants it to look good on mobile. Can this be fixed?
Ok, two questions then.
I am helping someone with this site. How do I go about accessing the current version?
Also, WordPress thinks the theme is up to date. Can I just replace the theme folder via FTP? —and will this retain things like theme settings and custom CSS?
Please login on ThemeForest with the account you have purchased Flagship theme and go to Downloads section to download the latest version.

If you have not modified theme files, nothing will change. If you have custom CSS code in Flagship/css/custom.css file, please have a backup
