Modify Portfolio Slug

I would like to change 'portfolio' to 'recipes' throughout the site... Can you tell me exactly what I need to edit? I want to be sure the menu in the dashboard says "Recipes" instead of "Portfolio Items" and widgets need to say "Latest Recipes" instead of "Latest Portfolio Entries"

Hi!

Go to Angular > Theme Options > Portfolio and change the slug there. Maybe you need to resave your permalink settings (Settings > Permalinks > click on the "Save" button).

Sorry, let me clarify... I've got what I need on the frontend... Now, I need the references to portfolio changed to recipes within the dashboard so that the client sees a menu item "Recipes." I've done this with other themes, but Kriesi's are a bit more complicated. ;)
