I'm trying to move the menu down to accomodate a full width banner in the logo area. I've managed to move down the menu (words) but the dotted lines between each page are still up in the header area.
There is also a break in the content area which seems to be a result of the header size.

in your style4.css you'll find .feature_wrap
Here remove the background image and add this
padding-bottom: 35px;
