I need assistance in moving the product images from the left column in above the product description. Is the an easy switch or something that can be done within this mound of code. Thank you.

    Hi mediumfour,

Unfortunately this is a bit out of the scope of what we could give the exact steps for as it would alter quite a bit of the layout and I’m not sure what impact it would have on the rest of the shopping area/functionality.

I can point you in the right direction however, if you would like to do the modification anyhow. Using a tool like Firebug for Firefox or Inspect Element in Chrome, you can inspect the css classes/ids that make up the general layout of the product page. The class prev_image_container is what holds all of the content on the left. If you change the width of the class to 100%, you’ll see it will move the entire thing on top of the product description but also cause a number of issues with the rest of the layout. Keep modifying the css to your needs and save all the changes to the custom.css stylesheet so that your changes won’t be lost after theme updates.

    Regards,

    Devin

I tried that, but the product image is not within the code. I wish it was simple as moving something in a style sheet.

My request is to move the whole product thumbnail on the single products page from the ‘sidebar’ or left column into the main body or the right column where the product information and add to cart buttons. There is no definitive code html or css that call for it because it has a bunch of php functions that call it. There is no root page to these php functions. So is there a way to move this item?

if you need to contact me please email me at the address on my profile. Thank you.

    Hi mediumfour,

As I said, its a bit of a complicated issue and we aren’t able to offer that level of support. The page is actually constructed by the Woo Commerce plugin and the theme just modifies the style a bit with CSS, Javascript and some PHP calls.

The plugin files I pointed you to are what make up the page and if you aren’t comfortable with modifying them or attempting to alter the CSS I would recommend looking into a Freelancer.

Here is a thread with a list of available freelancers in case you decide to hire one:
