    Hello,

    I would like to make the checkbox for the “accept terms and conditions” field more visible to my customers. Currently it sits all the way at the bottom of the page off to the right.

    Is there anyway to make it more visible? i.e.. move it around?

    The link is here but you will need items in your cart to view the checkout page:

    Thanks

    Hi,

    there’s no easy way to move it around but you can improve the styling a bit. Use following code – add it into the quick css field:

    #payment #place_order {
    float: right !important;
    }

    to change the order button position.

    If you want to display the “accept terms and conditions” on the left side you can use following code:

    #payment .terms {
    text-align: left !important;
    }

    If you want to increase the font size, adjust the font weight, etc. use:

    #payment .terms {
    font-size: 15px !important;
    font-weight: bold;
    }

    sorry, found a dirty solution for now, also the font size does only work via the label. more native rearranging would be much better because the line breaks between text, link and checkbox is not very nice on different viewports:

    ‘/* rearange accept terms and conditions text on chekout (….com/kasse) */

    #payment #place_order {

    float: right !important;

    margin-top: 40px;

    }

    #payment .terms {

    margin-top: -20px;

    font-weight: bold;

    text-align: left !important;

    }

    #payment .terms label{

    font-size: 14px !important;

    }

    I did not test this on different user agents/devices yet!

    Regards

    Tom

    Hi Tom,

    You would need to use woo commerce templates: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/template-structure/

    or unhook/re-arrange it via a hook if one is available outside of doing a css hack.

    Regards,

    Devin
