My phone is showing the Desktop version of my website – how can I fix this?

I have installed the WPtouch Mobile and also the WP Super Cache and it doesn’t seem like they are clashing with each other.
    Thanks,

    Hi,

I replied to another thread you posted in already, please try to stick to one thread. I can’t see anything wrong with your site except that something added over the default mobile menu. Could you try to explain what you are looking to achieve please?

    Regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

If that does not help, please provide login details to your site, so that we can have a closer look. You can place the information in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Thanks for your cooperation :)

    Best regards,
    Jordan

    Thanks Jordan,

So I deactivated all plugins and reactivated them again.

I’m now seeing this Error message under the WP Super Cache plugin
WP Super Cache must be configured. Go to the admin page to enable and configure the plugin.

When I go into the WP Super Cache plugin there is a message
    “WP_CACHE constant added to wp-config.php
If you continue to see this warning message please see point 5 of the Troubleshooting Guide. The WP_CACHE line must be moved up.”

This is the link for the Troubleshoooting Guide and point 5 but I don’t know if this is related to the issue??
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/faq/

Make sure the following line is in wp-config.php and it is ABOVE the “require_once(ABSPATH.’wp-settings.php’);” line:

    define( ‘WP_CACHE’, true );

I read that this plugin WP Super Cache can conflict with the WPtouch Mobile plugin so that’s why I’m mentioning this here?

    Hi,

Have you applied the changes mentioned here? If you would like us to look into it, please post FTP logins and WP admin logins here privately.

    Best regards,
    Yigit
