resolvedIn the Newscast Advertising Widget, Is there any code change that will launch the URL linked by the ad in a NEW window? Currently all it seems to do is replace the site window, which of course, is not what we want. Don't want a click on the ad to result in visitor completely leaving the site.

Hi Daveyfifi,
You will need to open and edit the file called advertising_widget.php located in newscast>framerwork>theme_widgets, On line 36 you will replace:
echo '<a href="'.$ref_url.'" class="preloading_background link_list_item'.$kriesiaddwidget.' '.$firsttitle.'" ><img class="rounded" src="'.$image_url.'" title="" alt=""/></a>';
With
echo '<a href="'.$ref_url.'" class="preloading_background link_list_item'.$kriesiaddwidget.' '.$firsttitle.'" target="_blank" ><img class="rounded" src="'.$image_url.'" title="" alt=""/></a>';
That should do it!
