If you have troubles since the update to WordPress 4.5 please read this post before opening a new thread.
The blog page defaults to about 540px width here: http://sandbox.integrativemgi.com/2011/08/29/newsletter-july-2011/#airport-screening
How do I change the width to either a full screen, or something in the 750px range?
The sidebar (Blog Archives) is taking in the space for the blog page. You can remove this sidebar if you’d like so the blog can be wider. Or you can just make the sidebar less wide. To adjust these widths you can open your style.css file and change the width value of the following lines:
#content, .entry-no-pic .entry-content
the last one is the width of your actual pos, but you need to change the other two in order to keep your values homologous.
Keep in mind this might alter other pages too that use the same page template.
