    Hey Guys.

    We have a added our MailChimp API and list successfully. However when subscribing to the Newsletter form we are not receiving notification email nor does the MailChimp list shows new subscribers?

    Pls can you help fix this issue or explain why this is doing this.

    Yeah this list has now been running for several days. The issue we are facing is that once signed up, the client is not receiving a confirmation email? Pls could you check our newsletter/form setting to see if we have this setup correctly – thanks GB

    Hi,

    you’re using a default Contact Form element instead of a Mailchimp Signup Form element.

    Doh :/ how did we miss this – of course we didn’t add the MailChimp element!! Thanks for pointing this out GB – all fixed and working
