Tagged: IE internet explorer 8 headings
No headings display in Internet Explorer 8. I’m using Avisio theme. I tried deactivating all plugins – didn’t help.
By the way, the Aviso demo doesn’t display headings in IE8 either.
How to fix? Thanks.
the cufon headlines work for me (with tested with IE8, Firefox, Opera, etc.). IE shows a js error which is very likely caused by a plugin conflict. Please try to deactivate all plugins – the headlines should appear afterwards. Activate the plugins one after another to see which one is causing the js error/headline problem.
Thanks for getting back to me quickly (I didn’t expect over the weekend!).
My bad – I had IE9 beta installed (not IE8). When I clicked the browser’s Compatibility View, it went to “IE7 standards”, and the site appeared fine.
I uninstalled IE9 and tested site in IE8. All was well.
Appreciate your support.
