Hi,
I would like to use use the accordion slider but I have been unable to fix a problem with transparent images. If I open the page containing the accordion slider on a computer logged in to the wordpress admin, the images on the slider are displayed. If I open the same page using a computer not logged in to wordpress admin, the accordion slider is displayed blank: please check this page http://www.estudiovilla.com/accordion-slider/.
I have a similar problem, in case I went to use the fullscreen slider. If I open the page containing the fullscreeen slider with the down arrow on on a computer logged in to the wordpress admin, the images on the slider are displayed correctly(please, check this page http://www.estudiovilla.com/fullscreen-slider-with-down-arrow/). If I open the page containing the fullscreen slider on a computer not logged to the wordpress admin, the images on the slider are not displayed.
Finally, If I do not check “Display a scroll down arrow”, the slider works fine on both logged and not logged in to wordpress admin (please, check http://www.estudiovilla.com/fullscreen-slider-without-down-arrow/).
p.s. I already tried to re-upload the images and it did not solve the problem and I already verified that the upload folder have its permissions on 777.
Thank you in advance for you help
Best Regards
Tiago
Hello,
Have you tried disabling all third-party plugins to see if it gets fixed?
Regards,
Josue
Dear Josue,
Ok. I have just disabled all plugins and it worked. Thank you. I should have tried this before opening this thread… sorry.
Tomorrow, I will try to check which plugin is causing this.
Once again, thank you. You may close this ticket ;-)
