In the promo box, in settings, you can choose to set manually a link for the button but nowhere you can insert a link.
I cannot find anywhere, please help. Thank you.

IsmaelI downloaded the new Enfold folder from themeforest, when I open it I see in the license text file that the version is 2.7 but how and where do I see the files that are new?
In the folder i downloaded I don’t see anywhere a file containing the name of tech files shown. As I understand correctly once I find this file I can switch them manually on my ftp, correct?
Could I just take the whole enfold folder and switch that instead of going by single file? The only customs changes I made are on the child theme, or would I lose more setting s by updating the whole folder?Also, why don’t you have an auto update function?
My problem remains, I cannot add link into promobox and neither anything else where it asks you to insert a link manually. Thank you.

Can you also post the link to your website? You can check theme version in Appearance > Themes click on details on Enfold. Or in Style.css file in Appearance > Editor.

YigitJosue I have been asking all of you moderators to please help me by telling me how to update it, again, if you can detail it, the one video you have posted on this matter is not clear.
I know how to access ftp from godaddy but do not know how to move forward.
I also do not understand why you don’t have an automatic way to do this, other frameworks have this and these are not even as popular as you are.
Unfortunately for me, it has been four days and do not have a functional promobox, icon box, icons where I can insert a manual link to it when clicked and neither the sink tools are showing on text content blocks.
I would appreciate any help as soon as you can.Thank you very much!

This is very simple, if you update WordPress you have to update your theme and plugins as well.

JosueThanks for the quick reply. I can just go to appearance – themes – upload the new Enfold 2.7 version – activate it? Then I would have to deactivate the child theme because I have one (downloaded it from your site), once the new Enfold is activated, then I reactivate the child once again? This is where I am confused, I do not know the correct order to do this.

Thank you for the info.
Once you activated the child theme, you don’t have to deactivate it. Just override the parent theme files via FTP. The child theme will be updated automatically unless you copied a file on the child theme folder.
