My product search seens to not be returning anything at all.. Any products or names etc I try are returning nothing at all.. is there anything I may not have set or have not chosen which may be causing this? happy to provide link details if that helps someone look into it.

    Many Thanks

    Hi Stuart,

Can we take a look at the site live? The search isn’t really modified by the theme settings other than to restrict it to the products if you choose. But maybe there is something else going on that we might be able to see.

Hi Devin.. yes.. please see the site at

any help would be appreciated. Also a quick other question.. I have removed the cart from the main page but when it goes responsive it still remains on the page, is there a different element that I need to display:none in the css for this. Also just wondering if there is a way to get rid of the add to cart button or change its behaviour on the sale items as I dont need the cart as yet on this site, it is more of a product catalogue site until the owner decides to move to ecommerce.

Thank you in advance, love this theme, it pretty much flawless..

Keep up the good work :)

The site is behind a coming soon page it seems but make sure that when you are searching you are using a term present in a product title.

For example this works on the demo site:

Which is the result of using the main search bar in the header when the theme option is set to only search products.

I deactivated Relevanassi and it started to find things.. any ideas why relevanssi would return nothing after indexing items?

I’m not really sure about his but I guess the AjaxSearch and the plugin may not be compatible. Let me tag the rest of the support team.

Without seeing the code of the page it is hard to answer your questions.
