I'm reposting a question that wasn't resolved regarding a problem with the AJAX slideshow and WPML. I've created a page that shows what the problem is. Devin said he would relay this to someone with more WPML knowledge, but I'm yet to receive a response after quite some time.

I tagged this thread for Kriesi because I'm not sure what causes the issue too. I checked the code in the avia_check_ajax_request function (located in includes/helper-templates.php) but the code seems to be correct. Probably it's a filter/hook problem and the ajax hooks fire before WPML checks for the right entry/language but I'm not entirely sure.
Thank you Dude. It would be great to get some feedback from Kriesi, as well, as this would be a very good thing for the site I'm building. Thanks for your support and hopefully will hear back from Kriesi now...

Sorry for all the bouncing from one of us to the next. Its a bit of a complicated issue it seems so hopefully Kriesi can fill in the blanks that we have not been able to.
From a conversation with him last week, he will be coming in to clear out a lot of the questions that have been in the Queue for a while and do some bug fixes etc.

Hey! I will need some time to rebuild the issue on my local installation and see if I can find the error.
I hope to find the issue myself but I would also recommend to open up a support thread in the WPML forum in case they know of general modifications that need to be made on ajax requests :)
If I find a solution to the issue the next theme release coming during the next days will include it :)

Found a fix. Seems to be an issue with WPML and post queries.
