Asked a question five days ago on the Shoutbox slider, which isn't working properly, and no one has bothered to respond to it.

What are my options now? Is there another forum I can go to? I can't use the theme, which I only bought recently, as it is. Is there a money-back option?

I'm very sorry your original post didn't get a response. Occasionally posts slip through, even when you bump them like you did. I'll go address your post now and see if we can get the issue resolved for you.
You can always request a refund through Themeforest if you are not satisfied with the theme. I understand its absolutely frustrating to feel like you are being ignored when you are having an issue.
