Hi Ambrosiahotel,
Try to change the permission of your /wp-content/uploads folder (including its subdirectories) to 755 or 777.

I've changed the permission of my /wp-content/uploads folder (including its subdirectories) to 755.
Nothing happens. I try 777 instead?
Hey Ambrosiahotel,
Yes, you can try 777 instead. You may also need to contact your host and ask them if the wordpress install might have been made with an admin level permissions and while working within wordpress you don't have the same permissions to create files. With the popularity of wordpress ususally these kinds of issues have been encountered before so they should be able to clear it up for you either way :)

Devin
thanks, with 777, it works
Glad its working for you now :)
Regards,
Devin
