not a support questionHi Kriesi team, I have recently started to use the shoutbox theme, and I have two issues... the first most important issue is that once the contact form is completed I am not receiving the emails to the email address which I assigned???
Also is there a specific plugin that can be used with this theme to allow me to have a floating social banner on the left of my posts?

have you contacted your host regarding the mailing issue? Some hosts block the mail() function - which many contact forms use. An alternative would be contact form 7.
There's no specific plugin to put them left of your post but there's an area below the post for this kind of thing. You can look through the Worpress Plugin database for other solutions, I'm sure there are some available.
