Hi, I just got this error when playing around with a page (and trying to update) and now I dont seem to be able
to do anything, I can go back to the dashboard but no matter what I click on I get
the same error!?

Hey,
try to flush the permalinks - go to Settings > Permalinks and click on Save. Maybe your htaccess wasn't written properly. You can also try to deactivate the plugins.

thanks dude, it seemed to fix itself..dont know how but i will remember for next time if it happens again
