I am in need of some assistance... I would like to create a redirect page for users with outdated or unsupported browsers (specifically ie <6.0). I understand there are a few ways to do this either with .htaccess, javascript or php but I am unfamiliar with what to add and where to place it. Can you help with coding to accomplish this?

we can't provide custom code here but there're several scripts out there which will help you - i.e. http://www.daobydesign.com/blog/tips/css-html/detect-redirect-script-for-internet-explorer-ie/
You can add the code in header.php before the
</head>tag.
