    Hello,

I use enfold as a parent theme and created a child theme for my customisations. this works pretty nice for the styles and some coding. Somehow the language files do not overwrite the enfold language files. What should I do? I have a copy of the “lang” folder in my child theme and included the .mo file in there with my modified translations.

Thanks in advance for your support!

    Hello Devin,

Is it possible you guys create a kind of how-to or tutorial about using your own translation file in my child theme? I think a lot of users would like to update or improve the translation themselves. I have learned from the page linked in your reply but cannot seem to get this working.

To be a bit more precise. I would like to overwrite some of the translations in my parent theme with better translations of translations with the brand name included. E.g. The translation of adding a comment is not what I would like it to be. How can I change this without losing it with an update from enfold?

    Thanks in advance!

    Cheers
