I just purchased the propulsion theme to replace another i had not he go. Great theme so far, setup was super simple. The one issue i seem to be having is that the site content will randomly disappear both on IE8 and Safari. At first i thought it was because i was logged in, the only time content reappears is if I make a small change and hit update, then refresh the window i was viewing. Seems to trigger both pages on the VPN side through IE8 and locally on safari. disappears
Anyone else come across similar issues? Not really sure what it could be at this point.

First try disabling any active plugins you have running in case something else in conflicting with the basic theme.
Can you go into a bit more detail on what is happening? Are you working on a live installation where we could log in and try and re-create it as well? The more details the better so we can try and figure out what is happening.

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, it’s currently on a live installation. When i click on “preview page” for example, it will work 4/5 time perfect fine, however every once and awhile it will just show the header (the piece where the shopping cart icon is), the header will be blank, as will the rest of the page.
I’ll have a look throughout the plugins to see if might be
I’ve taken a screen shot of the issue.
I hit refresh on the page 5 time before it came up like this. sometimes it happens after 2 refreshes.
Feel free to take a gander, ajaxtennisclub.org

I see now. I’m not sure there is anything we can do about that. The preview vs live is a bit tough to work with given how complicated pages can be with dynamic templates and all the other theme options available.
When testing new content, I would suggest working with a test page so that you can fully publish the page. I’ve just never found Preview to work well with wordpress at all.

Thanks for taking a look Devin. If i flip back and fourth between a few pages on the live site as well i get the same result. I’m going to have a group of “testers” give it a go this week. Fingers crossed it’s just a strange setting on my mac that’s causing the issue.

If you can get a set process for us to try and replicate it that would definitely help (if it turns out to continue). It isn’t something I’ve heard of or run across before from the current symptoms so let us know what else develops.

Will do. So far it seems fairly localized having only appeared on 1 of 4 other machines. Will keep testing to see if i can determine how they correlate.
