Hi there! I’d love some help with the following: I added the woo plugin like your instructional video told me. Then I allocated a page to host the sale of the item. Then the advanced builder disappeared. (no problem there – everything still worked) But now the page does not display anymore! I disabled Woo to see if that helped.. nope it did not! now I still see the page in my WordPress dashboard, but it won’t display anymore. Even rebuilt it and re-posted it – no luck. Please help!

    Thanks in advance.

Can you please tell me how to flush the cache?
Added my login for WordPress privately. Thank you for your help!

I re-activated Woo, and the page re-appeared. Please advise on how to flush cache for future reference, but issue is resolved. Thank you!!!!

    Hi,

    Glad the issue is resolved.

There are two places you can clear the cache.

One is on the server(if you are using any caching plugin) and the other on the web browser.

It is very easy to clear cache on the browser by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

On the server if you are using a caching plugin go ahead and open your plugin’s settings page and clear the cache.

Please feel free to get in touch with us if you have more questions.

    Best regards,
    Vinnie
