Did you modify any of the theme files?
It looks like page.php was edited and the opening PHP tag (which should be immediately before the_content - part of the "error message" you're seeing) was removed.
When in doubt, refer back to the original theme files, if you need a fresh copy you can download them from your Theme Forests download page.
