Page width wider or full width

   I have created a new page but it is fairly narrow and does not look right and
   prefer the pages to be full width.

   Also when I go to create a new page let's say for example a thank you page
   and put that text in then it actually shows up on the page at the top which I
   do not want. Just want it showing up in the URL.

   Can you assist me with these items?

   1) You can select the fullwidth page template in your post/page editor. On the right side you'll find a drop down field called "Template" where you can select a fullwidth page template.

   2) I don't understand the problem here - can you post an example please.
