Pages without WP side bar?

   Hi Kriesi,

   Is there a way to have some pages on my site have the WP sidebar on the left and other pages without the sidebar?

   I like having my site menu at the side of the page, but one page is supposed to be a large map that requires a lot of page real estate, so I'd like to remove the side bar for the page only.

   well, basically I would recommend to create a new wordpress page template based on the page.php file and remove the call to the get_sidebar() function. then I would add a new class to the top wrapping div so you can modify the width of the inner divs by CSS without affecting the other pages :)

   Hi, is there any way you could send the portfolio template file edited so that it is a full page with no sidebar?
